OpenPWA currently provides all features free of charge. Signing up, searching, favorites, collections, and developer features such as registering and managing official Web Apps/PWAs are all available at no cost.

This policy explains that OpenPWA does not accept payments, and what that means for billing and refunds.

2. Service Fees

OpenPWA does not charge users any fees.

We do not sell paid plans, recurring subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid add-on features.

3. Payments and Refunds

Because OpenPWA does not accept payments, no refunds arise.

OpenPWA does not request or store payment method details such as card information.

If you receive a request for payment claiming to be from OpenPWA, please do not respond to it and let us know at the email address below.

4. Accounts and Feature Access

A free account gives you personal features such as search, favorites, collections, and search history.

Developer features — registering and managing official Web Apps/PWAs, verification badges, and visit/launch statistics — are also available without payment. Registered apps are reviewed under the existing review criteria.

5. Payments for Third-Party Apps

OpenPWA is a directory and search engine that links to third-party web apps.

If an external service sells its own paid products, any payments, subscriptions, or refunds for that service are handled by that service under its own policies, not by OpenPWA.

6. Changes to This Policy

OpenPWA may update this policy as the service evolves.

If paid features are introduced in the future, we will provide notice on the service screen or by other appropriate means before they take effect.
