1. Purpose

These Terms of Service set out the conditions and procedures for using the Web App search, discovery, saving, subscription, registration, and related services provided by OpenPWA, as well as the rights and obligations of users and OpenPWA.

OpenPWA is an open platform that helps users easily find and use official Web Apps (PWAs) from around the world.

2. Service Content

OpenPWA provides the following services.

• Search and discovery of official Web Apps
• Detailed app information
• Favorites and collection features
• Search and recommendation features
• Developer Membership (subscription) features
• Web App registration and management features for developers and service operators
• Other features additionally provided by OpenPWA

The content of the service may be added to, changed, or discontinued depending on operational circumstances, technical needs, or policy changes.

3. Registration and Accounts

Some features are only available after signing in or creating an account.

Users must create their account using accurate information, and are responsible for managing their own account.

Users must not transfer or share their account with others.

If unauthorized use of an account is suspected, the user must notify OpenPWA immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service policies while using OpenPWA.

Users must not engage in the following:

• Registering false information
• Infringing on the rights of others
• Registering or promoting malware, phishing, or fraudulent sites
• Registering illegal or harmful content
• Automated requests, excessive traffic, or attacks that interfere with service operation
• Unauthorized collection or duplication of OpenPWA data
• Causing harm to other users or third parties

5. Web App Registration Criteria

In principle, apps registered on OpenPWA must be official Web Apps or PWAs.

Registered apps must be genuinely accessible via a browser, and must not deceive users or contain malicious behavior.

If OpenPWA determines that a registered app does not meet these criteria, it may take action such as limiting visibility, requesting corrections, or removal, without prior notice.

6. Subscription Services

OpenPWA may offer multiple plans, including Member and Developer.

The features and pricing of each plan are based on what is displayed on the service screen.

Subscription features, pricing, and scope may change according to operational policy, and any changes are reflected on the service screen.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

OpenPWA may improve or change its features to provide a stable service.

Part or all of the service may be temporarily suspended in the event of system maintenance, failures, security issues, third-party service outages, or operational necessity.

8. Intellectual Property

Rights to OpenPWA’s logo, screen composition, data structure, service design, and self-produced content belong to OpenPWA or its rightful owners.

The names, logos, trademarks, and service information of each Web App belong to their respective owners.

OpenPWA is a platform that introduces and links to apps, and does not claim ownership of any app.

9. Disclaimer

OpenPWA does not guarantee the quality, stability, security, accuracy, or continued operation of registered third-party Web Apps.

Any issues arising from a user’s use of a third-party Web App are subject to that service’s own policies and scope of responsibility.

OpenPWA makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but does not guarantee that all information is always up to date or complete.

10. Changes to These Terms

OpenPWA may change these Terms of Service when necessary.

Significant changes will be announced on the service screen or through other appropriate means.

Revised terms take effect from the time they are posted.
